aluminum board (mirror surface), artificial snow (super absorbent polymer), water
  Sponsors: Nihon Sofuken Ltd.

This is an installation in which the floor of the entire exhibition room was
installed with a mirror surface and artificial snow was spread over the
  surface.
In the display room, the substantial tone of reality felt from the actual
interior space, the outside scenery seen from the window, the aluminum
board installed on the floor, and the artificial snow is presented together
with the fabricated images deriving from the mirror image on the aluminium
board reflecting the intereior of the room, outside scenery, and the
artificial snow, which is in itself not genuine.
The viewer walks through the installation where reality and fabrication
are mixed together, and by experiencing a floating feeling, he/she will
reexamine the world in which he/she exists and regain an awareness
  of his/her existence.
